REFUND POLICY

If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong address or forgot to add an item, you must do this within 2 hours of placing your order. This can only be done if your order is still processing or unfulfilled. If your order is fulfilled quickly which can happen, we are not able to make modifications to your order after the order is marked as fulfilled. Please email/message us with change requests.
RETURN POLICY 
*Products that are damaged or defective are subject to a full refund.
*To qualify for a return or exchange, you must email info@myellips.com within 14 days of receiving the products
*To apply for a refund you must send a photo of the defective/damaged item with a description of what happened to info@myellips.com
*Emptied or refilled products will not qualify for any refund.
*All products must be in their original and respective packaging.
*Note: At eL lips we value our clients’ satisfaction and provide a quality product. In order for us to continue and maintain a high level of customer service coupled with exquisite products we ask that you please include an explanation within your email so we can insure similar cases do not happen.
*Please send qualifying items with their original packaging to PO Box 336 BIGGERA WATERS QLD 4216
*We will then promptly issue your refund once the products have been returned and reviewed.
